Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, our products only ship to addresses in Canada and the United States, but there are plans to expand availability in the future as the business grows!

How does your clothing sizing work?
Our clothing is based on unisex sizing, which means our sizes run slightly small. It's recommended to size up from your usual size to ensure a relaxed fit - especially if you prefer an oversized hoodie! For example, a 5'6" woman of 160Ibs who usually wears a medium hoodie might prefer a large in Stick Out Co. sizing to avoid a more form fitting look.
Where do your products ship from and how long does shipping take?
Right now, our products are made to order in the United States. I searched extensively for manufacturing partners that would produce high quality clothing, accessories, and jewelry while maintaining ethical production standards, without passing on extensive added costs to my customers. This is a delicate balance, and as of right now I have not found a Canada-based manufacturer that meets my business needs and quality standards. The trade-off for choosing better production quality is a slightly longer shipping time (between 10 - 20 business days for Canadian addresses, depending on your location), but I promise my made-to-order pieces are worth the wait! Shipping is free for all addresses in Canada and includes tracking information.

Will my multi-item order ship together?
To ensure you get your products as soon as possible, some products made with different methods (printing on clothing vs engraving jewelry) may ship separately to account for production time differences. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will be provided with separate tracking information for each.
Do you offer returns/exchanges or refunds?
You can find my full refund policy here. In summary, since my products are made to order, I don't offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or colour - so please make sure you refer to a product's size chart/item description before your purchase. However, I stand by the quality of my products and will gladly arrange a reprint, refund, or other solution depending on the situation if there is a production/print issue with the item(s) you receive. Just let me know within 30 days of the item's delivery at stickoutcollective@gmail.com with an explanation of the issue(s) and detailed supporting photos, and I'll do what I can to make things right!
Who are your products for?
Anyone and everyone who loves Jesus and wants to make Him known! My products are geared mainly towards women, as you can likely see in my branding and core product offering, but my designs aren't all exclusively feminine. For example, my clothing sizes are unisex, so the right piece could make the perfect gift for the men in your life as well - just refer to the size chart before ordering!
